CHAPTER ONE

THE FIRST PHASE OF THE ATTUNEMENT

"Good evening blessed ones of the Blessed. I am St Germain.

"It is of importance that you all change and start with your love, with the essence of love understanding of the spirit. By giving birth to your spirit, as the Christ mentioned to you, you must be born again, by giving birth to the spirit within you, which is you within the spirit. It is the real you, not the shadow, not the carcass, but the real you.

"You are all part of the same light spirit that was hailed through many lives to reach a state of perfection, or to reach a state of saturation. What saturation means is when the spirit is fulfilled, then the spirit will set you all free. And every one of you are priceless and every one of you are important to allow the total body of Christ to arise and to trumpet in the first stage of the ascension.

"Trump it in. Each one of you has listened to the sacred mantras of the vibration of the bowls. It wasn't the bowl. It wasn't the vibration. It was the intunement of the vibration. And that is very important. When you get into the intunement, that is attuning the spirit.

"Sound of mantras and colors are the universal symbology and language of the days of the ancients. The bowls, the hallowedness, the sacredness are all stages of attunement to bring you into what you will realize when you hear it, called the trumpet, as stated in the good book. And the good book, believe me, is one of the best books written, Because it has been rewritten so many times it seems that it loses some of its tenacity, or its flavor. It's like food, if you have it sitting for any length of time on the table. If it sits there for two or three days, then you are not going to get the essence of what the trueness of the spirit is.

"That has been the trouble throughout the scrolls, throughout the rewritten scrolls, throughout the processing and placing them into paper, papyrus. A lot of the taste has been lost. A lot of the flavor has been gone out of that food.

"So until you learn how to intune through the spirit to add flavor to this food again to make it spiritually palpable for you, then you will slowly start your spiritual digestive system into synchronization with the first stage, with the very first stage, of this great upliftment and attunement of spirit consciousness.

"It's a body of Christ, the body of Christos. The body is the hallowed sacredness. The body is one cell uniting with total cells. It is all of you when you allow the spirit the great ascen- sion inside of yourself. The first liftoff is inside of yourself. The first liftoff is inside of yourself through the increase of knowledge that has hit this Earth since your first Harmonic Convergence in 1987.

"In order for you to hear the trumpet you must be intuned, then attuned. You must be intuned to the attunement. Because if you do not know who you really are, then what are you attuning, or what are you attuning to? That seems to be the problem today on this Earth. Just recently the Father has sent out 250,000 angels to assist mankind in intunement.

"You next spring equinox (1995) is going to be very powerful. The second phase of the attunement now, not intunement, but the second phase of those who are now from the intunement, to the attunement, will put on the full armour of God and will fight the principalities of the astral. That is a great battle, the playground of satanic view.

"Is there a Satan? Yes, there is a Satan. But that is a fallen angel. Is there remission? Yes, there is remission. Is there attunement? Yes, there is attunement. All of you have pictured this vicious, two-horned, long-tailed character who has accommodated mankind through greed, through fear, through hate, through sexuality. I said accommodated. It takes two to allow yourself that kind of principality.

"Now, I must say, that in order to cure the cured, one must continuously send love to one who only knows hate and who grows constantly in this strong hate scenario to accomplish a task of making everyone else hate, as you see on your planet at this particular time.

"Love Satan. Love Satan. Constantly send love to Satan until he is so submerged in love he receives his redemption. It's only a fallen angel; like there are a lot of fallen humans. There are a lot of fallen inhumans on this Earth too. There are a lot of fallen walk-ins on this Earth too. And where you are going to find most of them are in places like police forces, in places like higher forms of government agencies because those are the institutions that control. And in order to have full control the dark forces have to be in position where they have total control.

"So, here we are, in small groups allowing the spirit within us birth. The tools of the black forces are drugs, alcohol, and many others that will suppress. Then the victim becomes a prey. All of you coming into small groups are allowing your spirit to come into rebirth of intunement. A lot of you here this evening are in intunement. There is only one here who is in attunement.

"There is going to be an appearance of a star just as in the days announcing the return of the Christ Consciousness. Watch into the northern area. Watch for the appearance of this star. This is going to be the sign that the second phase of the attunement, or the enlightenment, or the second phase of the interdimensionality of body changes, allowing again the spirit to be free. It will go into, what we classify as, a high frequency. And you will be able to hear the trumpet.

"For as it is written, in the field there will be two. One will be taken and the other will be left behind. Why? Because what can you do with someone who is not intuned, or attuned, and you place them into a higher interdimensionality? He is totally confused and infused because spirit was not totally open and allowed to be free. So he would be locked into, what we call, principality.

"That is part of what we call the chaff and the wheat which is being separated during the harvest. And this is going to be very enlightening because there will be, not only in the Middle East, there will be false prophets. And a lot of people will think that miracles exposed in the physical are a drawing attraction. It will be a drawing distraction that will convince people that truly if somebody is walking on the Earth and he is performing these great miracles, we must follow him. That is also part of the chaff being removed from the wheat. That is also part, the second part, of the ascension.

"When the trumpet sounds for the second phase of the ascension to go into the rapture, that is important. Because the rapture is what takes that kind of Earth interdimensionality and separates it completely and redeems or cleanses the soul. And, at this time,as you are caught up in your light bodies, it only takes a matter of a fraction of a second, in the twinkling of an eye. And it will be glorious..........."

CHAPTER TWO -

THE FIRST PHASE OF THE ASCENSION OF CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

The Following Are Excerpts: "Good evening my blessed ones. I am St Germain.

"First of all, I must congratulate each and every one of you for becoming an initiate into the light of your new venture. You are going to become a different family. What will be happening to you all is that each family will be growing at a different pace. This new pace that you all will be growing at, some of you at certain times, will not see each other. However, you must remember that the essence of this time that you have meditated, you have linked into the highest global consciousness that is going to allow your aura and your Earth's aura to become at oneness. For it all starts in the highest of your soul.

"Each and every one of you today have entered into the corridors and the portals of the 12:12 within your soul. A lot of you do not realize that the greatest task ahead of you is one of great perseverance, one of learning to forgive and one of trying to understand one another even more greatly than you have in the past.

"Within yourself are the keys to the kingdom. The keys to the kingdom are the expression of your love. Loving others is of great importance. But you cannot express this kind of feeling unless you understand yourself. For it is you that is expressing and as you do this you will constantly attract very many strong entities. These strong entities have been loyal to you throughout the lifetimes and you will be attracting them back.

"A lot of you have lost loved ones. These loved ones as you start going into the 4th and 5th dimensions are already there. They are taken a lot faster.

"It is surprising, you will be working with those who have met some form of demise here on this Earth. You will be uplifted. You will be tested. But the inter-exchange in the year 2011 will be, what we call, the last cleansing of bringing in the third stage of ascension where pure consciousness will be all pure and pure conscious contacts will be coming directly to this Earth.

"This Earth will be in its first season, in its first springtime, in its first blossom time. All this oneness and beauty in that Golden Age starts at 2011. It will be one of great, great, as we would say, you will be taken and you will be beamed up from the 12th interdimension to all forms of life that are expressed throughout the universe. You will be the universe's helpers.

"I leave you now and I say to you, go outside and sprinkle your water. Drink your water and just close your eyes and think of a round ciccle. In this circle, all you can see is compassion. Compassion and the expansion of compassion is the beholder of your destiny.

"God bless you all, my children."

CHAPTER THREE

THE HOMEWARD BOUND SOUL

"Good morning my blessed ones. I am St Germain.

"This morning, I would like to talk to you about many people selecting a different path to go home. The Homeward Bound Soul will be the lecture.

"There is a very strong magnetic pull towards your homeward boundness where the soul comes from that encases the spirit of total being. When the spirit of total being comes into your physical body it tries to become a total being. We have to allow this total awareness. We have to allow beingness, oneness. You've heard the term mentioned so many times.

"The convection cycle of the soul, in its migration path, understands and is intiminated by and also satiated by the correct spiritual food that one finds when he is in the physical body. The long search that one must go through is depending totally on his beingness and oneness to that spiritual menu that will give this kind of satiation to each individual who comes here to this Earth.

"The magnetic pull along this migration path of the soul is your temptations, your strong feelings, your deja vu's, your prophetic dreams. They are all pulling you back into the direction that the soul must follow and give the spirit full control of giving direction.

"Mankind sometimes has a tendency to forget that when they are perceiving with only five senses, they are only going to be satiated physically, or are only going to allow the flesh to survive in such a way where it is being on a precipice. The precipice that we talk about is the times that you allow yourself almost to meet demise from these silly things that you do in the flesh, without cognisance of spirit direction.

"So, as you are on this convection cycle, this migration of the soul, it is very important that you allow beingness, or oneness. The oneness is the fulfillment of the spirit within the soul allowing physical balance, which you sometimes classify here on this Earth as a yin and a yang.

"The world today is coming to a very serious, but in some ways a good climax You are almost coming in an epilogue of an ending of an era of understanding that has not totally given mankind, or womankind, fulfillment. In a lot of cases, a lot of people here get fulfillment periodically, rather than a constant diet, or blending of your spirit food, nourishing the spirit in such a way that you are giving the complete balance to the yin and the yang.

"Now, the feminine energies and the masculine energies are intertwined in both the feminine and also in the masculine. So finding the male and the female and giving it its proper birthing is another important fact to remember because there is rebirthing of the spirit. But there is also the rebirthing of the yin and yang allowing the yin and the yang its, as you would call it, childness, its child qualities to fully mature and blend into the balanced adulthood that you are constantly seeking, or looking for.

"So one must understand then, there is the process of rebirthing both in the yin and the yang and also in the spirit that must conform. Somewhere you must blend both menus so that you are allowing proper food. Proper food is very important for the yin and yang. By allowing the most pure energy to enter into the cells, you are giving the cells the maximum cultivation of longevity and, as you call it, purity disease free.

"It is because of commercialization over the years and because of greed and because of the time element and because of being lazy and many, many other factors that enter into the picture as to why your menus are wrong today. Your menu for your belief system is very important for this diet, as is your menu for the cultivation of a healthy yin and yang. This is important in order to be more open and to be vitalic and to be in, what we classify as a superlative state, opened always to the highest maximum capacity of understanding.

"All of these blendings, by blending your food from these proper menus, you allow, what we call, the maturity of this child within. You have heard, on many occasions, where they talk about the child and the child must lead them and the child within must guide you through the leading process of your spirituality. This again, depends on the menu that you use to awaken this child so that the child within you can mature from that purity of food.

"One must start at the menu and look at it very carefully. First of all, man cannot live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God. The blending of the word is thoughts coming from the mouth of God. The mouth of God is represented within you in the spirit. The spirit is part of your mind, part of your soul, part of your heart.

"There is a very important part of the superconscious within the mind that needs the stimulation, that needs to have the right kind of cultivation of this spiritual food of pure thought. One must start to purify his own thoughts by concentrating on, not only the word of God, but by concentrating on the inspiration that God gives you again today. Also, by coming to a mountain like this and sitting quietly and listening to these words of wisdom, the wholeness, the completeness, the supreme reality, the lovingness.

"All of these mantras are spirit food. And you must come to the higher elevations of your consciousness, not only by being on the mountain physically. But there is a blending and one must realize this, by being on the mountain physically.

"Listen to my words carefully. By being on the mountain physically, you are already, through the oxygen that you are breathing, at a very higher elevation to take in more pure oxygen from the trees. So you are now blending in the yin and yang. You are allowing the yin and yang to become the oneness of the spirit. You are helping. These instructions are very important for your spiritual adulthood and for your physical adulthood.

"One must cultivate both in a manner where you are giving both the fulfillment that each requires. Do not forget that you are a duality. A lot of you forget and you become, as we call it, more mundane minded, eating from the mundane menu too long and not blending into the spiritual menu where the spirit requires its food to open up, what you call, the sixth sense of being.

"The blending of the menu for the yin and yang allows birth of the five senses to be superlative. The birthing of the spirit and blending into the oneness of the yin and yang, allowing the kundilini force its balance to move upwards to cleanse and to open up the sixth sense, in order to allow perception through the physical body to see into the Kingdom of God. You are not allowing enough time of blending with the yin and yang with the spirit to create this oneness so that the spirit child can come into the temple and to lead you and the child shall lead them.

"So this blending is of utmost importance. The vegetation, the place you go, the energy you breathe, the pure foods you eat, are all conducive to the awakening of the real spiritual child within you.

"By coming to a mountain, whether its a spiritual mountain, or a physical mountain, you are still blending both the yin and the yang and the spiritual. Climbing the highest mountain in the spiritual is where you are allowing supplication and time in your meditation in the superconscious room of your temple. It is here where you are becoming superconscious of yourself, where you are becoming the real self. The real self is the spirit. Without the spirit, the flesh, as you have noticed, when people lose contact with their mind, there is no communication in the physical to that understanding in the spiritual because the light has gone out.

"Many people on this Earth, through either impact or some form of accident, or through food and through a disease, or a malfunction of an organ, so you vegetate. No form of communication, until somewhere, you release the physical, whether through demise, or accident, and go into transition. What happens then, as the journey begins, there is, the minute you go into transition , the minute this body goes into demise, the superconscious part of the temple then comes out of the malfunction and you again are free on this convection cycle of migration of the soul, as you are journeying through the path, either to take on another form of understanding through reincarnation, or to continue the path of migration in only spirit form. But you need identity. You need direction to come back as a prodigal into the Father's House. But, as a spirit.

"There is a very strong magnetic kingdom that draws you back when you lose this kind of control, either between the balancing of your yin and yang, spirit, or a disintegration within the yin and yang. This causes no communication between the spirit and having no mind communication in the physical, back to strictly a vegetable.

"It is very important that you allow this child within you maturity, both in the yin and yang and in the spiritual. By allowing the blending of this oneness, you allow the soul to rebirth into its highest form of understanding superconscious, or the kingdom. You must be born of fire and water, the yin and yang, and you must be born of the spirit to enter the kingdom.

"At this particular time, when you allow the rebirthing, you are giving this child within you, eyes to see into the kingdom. At this particular time, when the yin and yang is blended into this oneness, the pineal gland will open up and also, blend in with the eyes of the child, of the spirit, to see into the kingdom, to see into other interdimensionalities, to see, as some do, into the fifth interdimension, to see, as some do, into the fourth interdimension. And some don't see because that eye of the child is blind.

"So one must come to terms in his or her reality. As you cling to this world and as you journey through this convection cycle, the migration of the soul, you are going to come into various stations, or stops, as we call them, of realization. You are going to eat certain foods from certain menus that are not going to agree and you are going to eat some that will agree partially, some that will agree considerably. But you must find your table. You must find, through your experience on this convection cycle, you must find food that is going to allow you cosmic health and also physical health.

"So somewhere through the misunderstanding of your spirituality growth through various religions, or philosophies, you gurgitate, or you sometimes allow yourself to go through these stomach pangs, or to go through, what you call, pains of life, whether they be emotional, mental, or physical. Emotional can be part of the spiritual growth too. Mental can also be part of the spiritual growth, as well as the physical. So you see how they all blend in, how and why it's important to balance the yin and yang and to balance the spirit and soul within the physical body. You are now, just the way you are looking at yourself, you are a living soul. So therefore, you need, it's imperative, you need this balance.

"Life offers you everything. But sometimes you only take partial amounts from each menu, or diet. Sometimes you work around and you fast. Fasting is purifying the yin and yang. When you purify the yin and yang then you are allowing the cosmic, as we call it, consciousness to come in more full force, to purify your thoughts. Your spirit food then becomes, what you call today, your supplements, or your vitamins. You need to eat the purity of the vitamins, not only in your spiritual menu, but also in your physical menu, your yin and yang.

"Fasting has been demonstrated by Christ when he fasted for forty days and forty nights. The demonstration then, after the fast, was in his clairvoyant powers, in his fore- knowledge, demonstrating the abilities of precognition which were eminent, as he showed his demonstration continuously after that great fast. He knew when the balancing of the yin and yang compromised the balancing of the spirit. Then you get knowingness, not only in the physical, but also in the spiritual.

"The expansion of this cosmic consciousness and the blending of the two diets is what allows your superconscious to project into the Father's houses. Projecting into all of these houses is very important, as you have been told, especially when you go to bed at night. Balancing your physical diet at night determines how high, or where to, you are locked in. It determines where your astral body would be permitted to go.

"Your astral body is really ninety percent spiritual and ten percent mental. You need to work more on the mentality level in the temple, so that when you come back you have greater retention. This is done through the foods that you eat. Do not eat after your late meal. Have your late meal. Have a balanced late meal, a neutral balance, preferably. Then you are allowing more of your mental body to travel with the astral body. Therefore, bringing back more retention of where you were, what you had done. This will be of vital importance to share on this Earth with mankind, or womankind.

"Your body is important for twenty-four hours of the day. Some people will mistreat the body for eight hours, therefore causing damage to the astral body, the mental body, the physical body, the emotional body and the auric body. All of these bodies, in their proper balancing of this menu or diet, will cooperate in the superlative state if you allow the proper blending of the yin and yang and of the spirit during the day. During the day, you condition, you feed, you nourish, the spirit and the physical body and all the other six bodies that are therefore attached to the physical body.

"So the blending of food, spiritual nutrition, physical food, all have supplements or vitamins. One must know, by beingness, by oneness. Each time that you blend in this manner, in the superlative state, allowing the subconscious mind to permeate the astral and the mental body to permeate the astral, you give the spirit birth and this bread, this manna from heaven, you are growing. So the child within you is growing to lead your physical life into the total understanding of the spirit. Then the spirit, through the blending of the food, is the truth that sets you free. And it is this understanding that you must strive for.

"You are coming into some very interesting times on this Earth now. Because you have polluted, not only your great vineyard, the Earth, the great Garden of Eden. You have polluted the firmaments. You have polluted the water through your innovation, without using the right caution, which is health, instead of greed, which is money.

"So this universe now, is making it very difficult for this blending of this oneness. So the emphasis is going to be placed, in the next ten and one-half paramount, important years. Lest these days be shortened in the judgement of the vials, which it will be; flesh will not survive. But it will be shortened. Therefore, your next ten and one-half years are of paramount importance, as to your direction that you are going to allow your spirit to take.

"Because the Earth is polluted, not only by man's greed and innovations, the soul is also polluted, at this time, by different interpretations of religions and philosophies. These two contaminations, in order for them to blend properly at this time, require more of the divine intervention. For God intended mankind to follow the Lord's Prayer. Our Father which art in heaven. Hallowed be thy name. Our Father who lives in the temple, holy be His name. Thy will be done, in heaven, on Earth. In this heaven, on Earth, in order to maximize, or bring this heaven back and reinstated on this Earth as intended. The Golden Age has been selected, through this divine intervention, and the God/Goddess will be calling and bringing people back into the holy of holies within their temple to get this divine information. This information is the blending of, what you call, the millennial light.

"The millennial light is the soul food of the New Age of the Golden Age. The millennial light will permeate through the superconscious, through the subconscious, informing man and woman to get back into the Garden of Eden, to get back to the principles of purity, to get back and to rebirth both the yin and yang and the spirit into this oneness, in order to understand the fulfillment process that the God within wants.

"This is why man is always thirsty and hungry for righteousness. Remember that word in your menu. Righteousness is very important. And you must, you must, somewhere turn to the right page of your menu in life and look at the food that you are eating now and compare it to the righteous food. This will allow you again, both the yin and yang and the spirit to become healthy, to become wholesome and to really, in the long run, become oneness.

"Sometimes the menu is misconstrued, or you read it too fast. Mankind is doing that very carelessly because he does not care for his physical body. But the physical body houses the temple. It is the framework that holds the temple. And it is meant by the Father that you practice longevity to give the spirit as much maturity of pureness, or it goes back home, on this convection cycle. Then it reaches purity on its own, so to speak.

"God is interested in the purity of your food, your thoughts, your spirit, your soul, your body, because God's attributes is wholeness, is purity. This is why they talk, even here, of whole wheat manna. Whole wheat manna. Whole wheat. You have heard of that so many times. It comes from holiness, wholeness, all of it-ness. It is giving your all and all for all is so important because it ends up being your allness. It ends up being your wholeness. It ends up becoming your becoming. It ends up setting you free.

"When you balance and blend with the wholeness of the yin and yang and of the spirit, you are allowing the marriage within of the bride and the groom. You are allowing the groom, which is the spirit, the bride, which is your physical, to become the pure Christ Light that you were sent out to become.

"You have heard and you have experienced, up to this point in your life, many different philosophies, many different religions. Yet, deep down, there has really been no satiation of both the yin and yang and of the spirit. Some people reach a comfort zone and then they stop. One must never stop the blending of these vitamins, these supplements, be they spiritual, or be they physical yin and yang. One must constantly, always, improve one's diet and one's voracious appetite. One must dine in a manner of joy, love, understanding, giving, receiving.

"Love thy neighbor as thyself. How many times have you, in the past, really thought very highly of yourself? That is the ego within man or womankind that seems to become a supreme commander of one's life.

"Over the ages, the ego has blocked out that voracious appetite that the spirit has, to blend with the yin and yang. So you have allowed rebirthing only in the yin and yang and you live in the yin and yang and become the yin and yang. You become flesh. It's like a musical instrument. It is like a soundless brass that has never been tuned in this life, as you walk and as you journey and as you migrate through the soul's path convection, going home, never blending, never doing, never understanding your instrument. Your human instrument must be tuned to the strings of spiritual understanding and wholeness in order to play the tune, or the melody, that God has sent you out to play and understand.

"This understanding, in order to read the melodious notes of the spirit, you have to tune the physical instrument. In order to tune the physical instrument, you must remove the egotistical cobwebs that you have allowed your instrument to collect in the many misunderstanding corridors or storage places where you left yourself in total misunderstanding. Bring yourselves out of those corridors.

"Remove the egotistical cobwebs. Tune the physical instrument to the spiritual direction of the spirit, the melody, the notes, which are the supplements and the vitamins of the true spiritual food that you have to eat. Eat, drink and be merry. In that way, then you will be merry, not only in spirit, but in the physical. And your journey therefore, will be of a stronger magnetic pull home direct, down the narrow way, through one door, the door of Jesus Christ, to the Father.

"You must remember that the various principles that have been taught by the Master Jesus Christ were allegorical parables. But they were the vitamins and the supplements for your spirit for dieting and for eating.

"St Germaine will open for questions."

Q: "Yes. Thank you, St Germaine. This is a very interesting and informative lecture. We have the seven bodies of man, with the six bodies attached to the seventh body. I understand that these bodies will be balanced and integrated and glorified in the light. So these bodies will all be one and we will be taking the physical body with us. Can you exlain that?"
A: "You don't need a physical body to be in the kingdom. The physical body has a lasting affect only to your Earth time. The spirit is constant. So the perfection of a body in the millennium, because you are still on this Earth, will be somewhat with great similarities to your physical body. In other interdimensions of life, there are bodies too. But the spirit, before it becomes an interdimensionality soul in whatever form, it is pure in its essence. What it requires is consciousness to know. So by coming into an interdimensionality form you have consciousness to express, to know, to become, to be being. But when you go back into the spirit, you are whole being. You are constant. You are always. So when you look at your Father's Kingdom and the angels, if you look at those bodies very carefully, it's mostly energy light. When you come into the millennium, you will be in a body. When you leave to go home, back to the spiritual essence, you will be in spirit."

Q: "So the ascension is the process of ascending into the spiritual, into a higher body?"
A: "Right."

Q: "So the physical body, as we are now, will be changed through the interdimensionalities through ascension. (Yes). So we will still have that physical body...."
A: "There still will be. As long as you are in interdimensions, you will still have some form."

Q: "So we will be closer to being to our true spiritual body as we progress through the interdimensions?"
A: "Through your cleansing, you will be closer into beingness of the spirit. Once you hit, what we call, the reirthing in the fourth and fifth interdimensionality, you keep getting closer all the time. So in the millennium, you will be right in the final blending of the ninth interdimensionity, which means you will be constantly in righteousness."

Q: "You discussed fasting as a means to assist and to really be in a realy good light, to assist going into the blending."
A: "Yes. It allows the physical to be free of any toxins or any stoppages. Do you understand? (Yes). Therefore, allowing more energy to compromise with the spirit and to get more fulfillment in that direction, to give the spirit more. as we call it, attention to awaken to the higher reality of who you really are."

Q: "So then the physical body will be lighter and more light."
A: "Yes."

THE DECADE OF ENLIGHTENMENT

THE DECADE OF ENLIGHTENMENT
(2001 - 2011)

"It is so nice to come into your presence to feel your feelings and to understand exactly where your thoughts are concentrating on to produce this kind of affect that your life is going through at this particular time.

John the Revelator had foreseen and had made it very clear when he said that where there will be plenty, there will be famine. Your California area is going to start to see this kind of reverse procedure than what you have seen before. I want you to be apprised of this because it is wise to take a little bit of land on your property somewhere and put some food in it to grow. Start to grow your own foodstuffs.

"This solar flare is a cleansing light. However it will do some damage. But it will cleanse the soil of all the pollutants that man has put into it. It will cleanse. It is a cleansing light.

"So after one decade, after the Great Tribulation, you will be heading into what we call the first introduction of the age of millennia. The age of millennia is when you are all going to be, who are on this Earth at this point, moving out of the sixth interdimension to the nineth.

"When you hit that year of 2011, between 2011 and 2022, that is the age of what we call the birth of the golden light, or the golden age. So you are all, with your new conscious change, givng birth to this golden age. You are the bringers of the dawn in some respects, but bringers of the golden age.

"Your consciousness will start to change in the 1997 and 1998 years. This is why we are going to start training a lot of healers because during this age of tribulation, the Earth is going to require many healers. This is why a lot of you will be taken into different schools of consciousness, off the Earth, and you will be missing time on the Earth. You will be taken into these different schools. You will come back as healers. The Earth will need many healers because the doctors will not be able to handle the kind of diseases.

John the Revelator said that there shall be pestilences. There shall be diseases. This is what is going to offset the planet and its population. So the population on Earth will dimish by the time you hit the Golden Age by two-thirds. That is a lot of people going into transition. So healing is going to be very important. All of you here are going to become great healers.

"Now another thing you must remember. It's not only the human beings that are on this Earth that need healing. There are spirits here caught in the ethers that are going to require a certain kind of tactful rescue work of release.

"So you also will be trained how to identify the spirit, how to identify the reason why the spirit is trapped in the Earth's ethers. You are going to learn many things about interdimensional helaing.

"Interdimensional healing is going to be very important also to animals, minerals, vegetables, trees. You are going to replace the pesticides that mankind uses on his gardens. You are going to replace that with the energy within your own mind to be able to heal and to allow these plants to grow in freedom. This is what is going to start to cause the longevity in mankind to start to live longer. The longevity that is going to be placed here is incredible.

"You must worship God in spirit and in truth. That is what sets you free. Remember the saying, the truth shall set you free. If you are consciously, constantly serving the spirit in your temple, that is in your mind, then the spirit allows the soul within you to be reborn into eternity. When you are reborn into eternity then you are constantly on a path of spiritual enlightenment. When you are on a path of spiritual enlightenment, the Book of Revelations says, "I release you into the worlds'. Plural. Then you reach the portals of the White Light, never to go back out again. Once your spirit reaches the purity and is satiated in this white light of pure understanding, that is all you are going to seek. You are going to seek purity and you are going to be going onwards into the portals of the white light, never to return again. You are rebirthed. You are born again into the concept of purity.

"Where you go to learn these concepts is Sirius One, two and Three. These three planets are planets of pure thought. I want you to remember that because a lot of you should start programming your subconscious mind at night to go to these planets of pure thought. This has a great affect on your spirit.

"When you are born again into the spirit of enlightenment, the physical body is completely healed. It goes into completeness and oneness. As you know, in a lot of your metaphysical schools, they are teaching you right now, search for this oneness, this completeness. That's what it's all about. It just simply means that your spirit is rebirthed into the concept of the totalness, or oneness, of what you really are. You see, you came to this planet to learn that, to achieve that.

"God bless you all and may your soul embrace your spirit and may the lips of your spirit touch your soul in an awakening of an ecstacy of splendor. God bless you."

CHAPTER FIVE

THE THIRD WAVE OF THE ASCENSION

"Good evening my blessed ones. I am St Germain.

"I like the talking fire. The talking fire is wisdom. It brings a lot of wisdom and warmth to the heart. It brings a lot of wisdom to womankind and to mankind.
(This full moon meditation group was outside sitting around a fire).

"In this day of great change, all of you here are changing because of knowledge. A lot of you are reading a lot of books. You are changing because you are curious who you really are. A lot of you come to this Earth and you go through many unpleasant memories. A lot of you miss your soul mate. You do not connect with the one that you have made a meeting and a connection with in the cosmic, prior to coming here.

"However, you are here on this Earth for mating. The propagation of this Earth depends on the yin and yang. Each and every one of you, through not only physical wisdom, but divine wisdom, will grow in a manner of awakening.

"Awakening, in these last days of dispensation is very important. A lot of you today are learning that there is an ascension. A lot of you learned this as a child, somewhere in a pew, in a church, or somewhere quietly near a landscape listening to the still small voice of nature. A lot of us have our priorities. But coming here is very important. This small gathering, this circle, we call it, of wisdon, this circle of light, interblends, intermeshes. Messages that come are so important to your divine awakening.

"In order for all of you to meet the prerequisites and requirements of ascension, you must first learn how to search deep down in your soul. You must allow the spirit to give you this wisdom. Too many times, each and every one of you are listening to the physical self. A lot of you do not take the time to be still and know that I am God.

"David, when he was the shepherd boy, was always constantly still, awaiting his messages, his divine messages of guidance for the spirit. For when the spirit within you is directed and guided, then your physical life comes to be it. That is very important. It's like a light bulb that finally reaches its socket. Then you learn that you are an entity of light. Then you learn that you are an entity of love. Then you learn that you are an entity of giving.

"A lot of knowledge is coming to this Earth about different coming togethernesses with different, as we call them, mating. This is where all your trouble really starts. It really starts because of the incompatibility that womankind and mankind has towards one another. You are in and on this Earth to bring the kingdom here as in the Lord's Prayer. When Jesus spoke to you, He said it very clear. Heaven on Earth. You are gently bringing this heaven on Earth through the ascension.

"The ascension is so important. There is so much information coming on the ascension. Somehow, there will be a lot of confusion. There will be a lot of distortion. There will be a lot of misconstruing. All of you here, each one of you, has an important role. You are here, at this time, to connect with the first wave of the ascension. The first wave of the ascension is understanding that there is an ascension. For if you did not understand that there was an ascension, then how would you know.

"So gearing yourselves in as bringers of the dawn, you all have a very responsible task in the future. You are going to come together with angels who are part of that first wave. You are going to come together with your space relatives who are also part of that wave. You are going to come together with walk-ins who have walked in. Some of you have also walked in at a certain time in your life, a predesignated time on this Earth to give messages, to inform, to heal, to understand, to touch and to embrace the heart of man.

"Each and every one of you here are an embracer. You must learn how to touch the soul. You must learn how to kiss the spirit. You must learn how to wrap your hands around the body in such a way that you embrace the soul.

"Giving this birth to the spirit, the spirit then understands that there is an ascending because the spirit either descends or rescinds. It is of great importance that you know exactly what you are doing and what your primary task is during this ascension. You cannot escape this. For what shall it profit a woman and man to gain the whole world, but lose his or her own soul. You brought the spirit into a living flesh, a body.

"The minute of conception, the minute the spirit embraced the soul, you became a living soul. From time to time, you escape into the recesses of your learning through your subconscious mind. A lot of you travel at night and a lot of you get valuable information at night. Some of you here will be writing books. As I look all around, some of you here are going to be inventing. There are two very important, as we call them, generators to be invented.

"Most of you who are staying for the second wave of the ascension will be gathered in high places like the eagles, as it says in the Book of Matthew. Gathered in high places means gathering in the higher places of your consciousness. You are gathering there to learn. You are gathering there to understand that you have that strength to go on and to go forward, to lose contact with your physical life.

"A lot of you now are losing contact with your physical. In a lot of the cases here your DNA is starting to change. In other words, you are slowly starting to leave your cocoon. In time, you will spread wings as eagles and you will soar and you will fly into the higher places.

"There will be many retreats. These retreats will be self contained until you are married up with the second phase of your ascension where you are raptured from your body into your new body. Then you will become a co-creator equal with the angels and the ascended masters who are here on this Earth at this time.

"It is important that you all meditate, even if you gather here, or even if you gather in your home at a disciplined time. You will receive a message. You will get a signal, whether it be an allegory, or whether it be a parable. I want you to understand parables and allegories. That is your language of understanding.

"When your spirit awakens to a certain understanding, it will understand the parable or allegory. The parable or allegory becomes the food because man cannot live by bread alone. But man lives by every word that comes from the mouth of God. The word that comes from the mouth of God is a parable. It's an allegory. It's a food. Only you, at a certain time in the growth of your life, will understand how to digest this food. And gradually, as you work and eat from this great spiritual smorgasbord that is in front of you, you will grow in contact. That is very important. When you grow in contact, you will grow in contact with the spirit that is within you.

"You must be born again. By giving birth to the spirit within you, you are giving birth to eternal life. You are allowing the spirit to open up physical corridors of misunderstanding and allowing the lights of wisdom to constantly conduct within you a message of understanding, a message of tranquility, a message of love and a message of knowing.

"It is very important in this day and age that we all come to this understanding of knowing. A lot of you here have a great problem sometimes with the digestion of this food because you are explaining it differently, or you are digesting it too quickly. So you are going to get, what we call, mundane hiccups. You are going to get mundane misunderstanding. The spirit will only look through the eyes of the soul. It will fill, not only your subconscious, but it will also fill your preconscious, your superconscious, your omni-conscious and your conscious mind. That is very important.

"You came here to be conscious. Conscious means life of understanding. You came here to understand. You also came here to express this understanding. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there I will be in your midst. This simply means that the understanding will be greater because there is more people who will, with their spirit, send up this great high energy to break through the clouds of ignorance. That's what that means. Where two or three are gathered in my name.

"A lot of misinterpretations have taken place over the allegories and over the parables. This is why today every one of you on Earth are prodigal sons and prodigal daughters trying to reach out through some form of belief system to bring you back to this big table of smorgasbording, we call it. It is different spiritual food, labelled differently, to understand who you really are. First of all, to understand who you really are, you must allow the death of the flesh, or the death of your physical, to take place.

"The ascension is very important because the ascension allows this. So when you ascend, you go into paradise. Remember what He said to the thief. 'Today you shall be with me in paradise.' Each one of you, as you are going through your ascension, from your craft, from the first wave, you are going to go in and you are going to grow into paradise.

"Paradise is not foreseen by Milton. It is not Paradise Lost. It is paradise found because deep in the recesses of your subconscious and superconscious minds, you will find a key that will open the door to that little child that you are in spirit. You will never grow old in spirit. You are that little child. Christ said that you must come as a child. It is very important that you all come as that spiritual child. You must come to the cross. You must ascend from your cross. You must come into paradise. You must come into the teachings of the grand masters. You must come in vision form. This time, when you go through the first wave of the ascension, you will come out in the fifth dimension. You will be able to see and hear.

"You will be able to program yourself from this first wave of ascension into the second wave of ascension where you will go through and be introduced in every interdimensionality of light, in the entire macrocosm. You will know every life form. This is the beauty of going through the second wave of the ascension. It is called the introduction to all life forms.

"Your third wave of ascension is meeting the saints who are coming. This is very important because the saints will be your allies.

"At this particular time, on your Earth, you are very lucky because, as of twenty minutes ago, another 250 angels landed. They are preparing for the disaster. There are going to be some disasters. Some of you are very fortunate because you will be going into certain areas where you will be very much protected by your own guardian angel. Everybody who are in the first wave will know who their guardian angel is. That is very, very important to your light because by knowing then it becomes being, seeing, doing and becoming.

"After the third wave of ascension you will become a creator. You will create this millennium. You will create this golden age. That is very important because creating this golden age is what the goal is. When each one of you left cosmic consciousness you were given a key and an Earth time for the awakening. It will happen and it is happening.

"I am very pleased this evening to come and embrace your soul and to touch your heart and to kiss your cheek. It is so important that we understand one another, whether we be spirit, or whether we be angelic being, or whether we be interdimensional being. We are still one in common bond of cosmic consciousness. We came from the same field of spirit. That's called the green, green grass of home. Every once in a while, you hear that song. That's what it is called. You can all find that green field. You can all be there. But it's your time and it's your calling. We cannot push you. We can gently try to assist you, but we cannot push you because this is your game. This is your challenge. This is your victory. Believe me, even the angels are envious because of what you are going to do. Yes my beloved, envious.

"Even one of the great angels fell. There is no perfection. But you constantly and always travel into perfection. There is only one perfect light that emanates to give spirit and to give consciousness, to give interdimensionality, to give angelic birth. That is God. That is the central universe sun. It is intermarried with solar and lunar prana.

"Just the way you are experiencing lunar prana here this evening, that is balancing you. You all know that strange things happen in institutions. That's because the energy comes in so strongly and reaches the imbalancing stage of either the yin or the yang. That is very understandable.

"Tonight, there is a fire. There is a group of honest people. There is a willing heart and there is a love for wanting to be. That is very important, the love for wanting to be. Never underestimate yourself. No matter how big the ego may be, never underestimate yourself. You are a wheel and you are a spoke. Each spoke in that wheel is important to the universes, all of them. There are several universes.

"You are all God's children and you are all growing and you are all maturing physically and metaphysically. You are all loving. We all make mistakes. Somebody may make a little bigger mistake than the next person. But god loves you. Remember that, that love. If you reach out and you embrace that love, then that love is there to forgive you.

"No matter the trial, or the tribulation, you went through on this Earth, whether you did not work something out in a physical bonding with the yin and yang, that doesn't matter. You are here to learn something from that. You are here to learn forgiveness from that. That is so difficult. It is very difficult for some people to come into this world and not reach a stage of bonding with the physical embracing of mating. That is very precious. It is very important because that is what stabilizes the yin and yang.

"The very important thing about meeting your soul mate is that it is a blessing. Not everyone meets a soul mate. But you could mate with a soul, with the same understanding because everybody is beautiful in the eyes and in the sight of God.

"This is very important because when God looks, and I say this quote, unquote, He looks through you, through the spirit of perfection, out through the physical deception. Yes, we will make mistakes. But those mistakes are either stumbling stones, or they are learning stones, when we live to learn and understand.

"A lot of you here are going to be interconnected with a strong love bond. For I say to you that it is going to be right. It is going to be correct, letting it be, because you are together in one. That unity is special. There are some of you here that have gone through hoffific times in mating, or in trying to understand the mate. But it is not necessary for you, if you don't understand, to go through the aftermath. That is not necessary. Forgive and forget and you will really get an understanding. The warm embracing and the touching of the soul and of the spirit through the physical in balance is what we call the marriage of the lamb. That is so important. That interconnection of balance between, what we call, the trinity of your life brings in the joy and those you are going to bring in.

"Some of you here are going to bring in other beautiful specimens to this Earth. You are bringers of the dawn. Don't foget, there are three ways of ascension to perfection. Each and every one of you, through your form of discipline, through the way you understand yourself, will reach the door of perfection.

"Listen to me carefully. You grow through the way you understand yourself, not the guru, not the sage, not the antichrist, not the wolf in sheep's clothing, not the label, listen carefully, not the label that has caused the real problem to you on this Earth. The label of the religion has caused the greatest problems on this Earth. You are not a label. How can we label grace? How can we label infinity? You can't label grace. You can't label infinity. You are a free spirit. Walk freely. Rejoice happily. Think greatly of yourself and one another. Forgive those who trespass against you. Love thy brother and thy neighbor as thyself.

"It is important that those keys in the allegories and the parables and also in the Lord's Prayer; they are the divine stairways that take you directly to the greener pastures in your heaven and open up your spirit to ecstasy. That is the gate of St Peter, ecstasy.

The gate of St Peter is gently waiting. It is not the way they paint the picture. St Peter would be really tired if he kept waiting. But he is not waiting. St Peter is just as active right now as he was in those days.

"All of you, remember what I said. We need you all. You are all the wheel. It is like the medicine wheel. You are all the spokes in the wheel to eternal life. We need you because the Earth is going to be a heaven and you are going to be the responsibility of your own heaven.

"I am going to leave myself open because I know, in your church, a lot of you are having difficulty. I will do my best to open a door. So whoever has a question that you wish to ask St Germaine, be ready because I am ready now."

Q: "St Germaine, was Jesus actually born of a virgin?"
A: "Yes. That was a God impregnation which was very hard to understand by the Pharisees and Sadducees at that particular time. What happened was an angel appeared with great energy that allowed the God Consciousness to do the impregnation. The impregnation of divinity, it is called. That kind of impregnation of divinity was also the trinity that was taking place of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. So that was the true Son of God."

Q: "Can you tell us of the mechanics of what happened with Christ when He was baptised and He rose in the water; the baptism of the dove?"
A: "The baptism of the dove was very important to raise the kundilini. Every one of you here has, what you call, a kundilini force that goes up and down your spine. It opens up, what you people have learned to call, the chakras or psychic centers. We call them centers of light understanding. Each center that opens up gives you a different understanding. So when He entered the water and you will find when you ground yourself in the electro-magnetic field, especially your aura, its takes on a very strong surge of energy. When that energy came up and it hit the pituitory, there was a light there and John the Baptist actually saw a dove."

Q: "The dove He saw was the light?"
A: "Exactly............ Let's carry on."

Q: "When you were talking about the dove and the light; would the eagles be the same thing?"
A: "No. Eagles are the messengers. The spirit eagle. A lot of you will see an eagle. But it is not a physical eagle. It's actually a spirit eagle. Those are messengers. They are very important because they are messengers of energy. Wherever you see them circling, always try to get underneath them, if you can, because there is a vortex there, a power spot."

Q: "Why is there always such a discrepancy in time frames as to when the ascension is going to take place, when the star seed will return and start performing miracles?"
A: "Because Earth's consciousness vascilates with the hatred and the good, it's hard for us to find the optimum. We are waiting for the optimum energy force to work this out for harmony and balance. It is your consciousness that is doing that. Not so much you in the circle. There will be more circles. It will be a lot better, a lot faster. But there is a lot of hate that is out there right now that has to be balanced. You people are responsible to balance some of that hate."

Q: "How can we help to balance that hate?"
A: "Every time, in your meditation, surround Mother Earth with a beautiful silver light of love. When you do that, direct that massive light to every living entity on the Earth because then you will hit the entire Earth that way. It is very important."
